We access subscription-based databases and pore over lists of thousands of possible grants. Then, we develop a list of strong matches with grantmakers and your organization. This report can stand alone for your own in-house use, or as a jumping off point for us to assist with grant writing.

FOUNDATION GRANTS

This is one of our core grant writing services. Working closely with your staff, we complete your grant application, proposal, or letter of inquiry. In addition, we make sure it’s competitive and thorough.

FEDERAL AND STATE GRANTS

In a close partnership with your team, we lead the writing and submission of highly technical and involved government grants. After that, we ensure your narrative is strong. Finally, we verify that your entire application package meets the rigorous standards laid out by the agency.

PROOFREADING AND EDITING

We proofread your grant proposals before you submit them, making sure your message is clear and that you’ve followed the grantmaker’s instructions. A second set of eyes on your proposal is always important.

GRANT WRITING CONSULTATIONS AND TRAINING

Our grant writing services include private coaching sessions. In these sessions, we make suggestions and offer advice for your grant proposals. After a federal grant award is announced, the recipients’ work begins a new phase. They must now manage the grant award, and prepare to track and report on how they have spent the funds. Grants management involves managing grant partnerships, overseeing complex budgets and numerous purchase orders, coordination among staff members, tracking performance metrics, and general grant implementation oversight.
